What do do you mean by "very bad situation"??

Have you already tried to print the labels and had them stick inside the printer?

If yes, there is no "software" fix for labels stuck inside the printer.

Else, the answer depends on the labels (size and type), the program you are using to print the labels, and whether the printer supports a "thick" paper setting (Media type Brochure, card, Index) in combination with the Paper Size.

Specifications > Paper Handling indicate the sizes and types of paper supported by this printer are limited.

The better  news is that your printer supports Custom Paper Sizes -- you can perhaps create a Custom Size template for your label from one of the supported "Media" types (Card).

If you new custom paper form does not show up right away in Printing Preferences, Restart the computer and log in.

After you have a Custom Label form you can try printing your labels.
