I bought a heat press and want start making shotglasses,tees,mugs etc... but I need to know if my
HP OfficeJet 4650 printer can use sublimation ink?

Thanks for reaching out! I’d like to be of your assistance!

 

I understand that you are trying to use the sublimation ink to print on fabrics and mugs. After some searching online, I found that sublimation ink is only to be used for Epson printers, not HP.

 

But you can use HP iron-on transfers to print to fabrics and bags. Ideally, the inkjet printers should be able to do this, hence you can use your Officejet to perform this operation.
