HP Deskjet 2542
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I receintly changed internet providers and have been trying to set up my printer to wirelessly print again.  The blue interenet light is blinking, and I have tried to reset it by holding the power button and then pressing the internet button X2 and the cancel button X3 and then releasing the power button.  That never stops the light from blinking.  Then I re-dowloaded the drivers/software for my printer and tried to USB: computer to printer option to set up the wireless connection.  It is able to find my router log in info but it tells me " Your printer failed to join the wireless network" I am not sure what to do from here. I have tried all the troubleshooting recommendations from the HP website, but nothing seems to work.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Press the Wireless button and the Cancel button from the printer control panel at the same time, and then hold them for 5 seconds to restore the default settings.
