I installed LaserJet MFP M277dw on one console PC and on Toshiba laptop through the same wireless network and can print from both. Installed printer on Dell laptop through the same wireless network and CAN NOT print.
The Dell laptop says it's connected. I can ping the printer from the Dell with excellent results. I can scan from the printer to the Dell laptop. I can browse the printer IP address from the Dell, go to the Networking tab, Configure tab, Wireless Configure tab and select "Print Test Page" and it WILL PRINT.
I cannot get anything to print "normally" from the Dell. I have uninstalled and reinstalled to the Dell several times and still can't print. I have installed the printer from the Control Panel - "Add Printer" with a static IP address. It still won't print.
Can you help?

Welcome to the HP Forums!
I understand you can print from 2 PC's on the network but not from the Dell laptop,
I'll be glad to help you out, however, for an accurate solution I will need more details:
What is the product number of your product? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/rs-en/document/c03754824
(Do not share any personal information such as serial number, email ID, phone number or address on a public forum for your safety).
Have you attempted any steps on your own before posting on the HP Forums?
Which operating system are you using?
To clarify, do you mean one of the two printers are connected and working (via WiFi or is that wired) while the other doesn't work? the post is a little confusing and I would appreciate some clarity.
Also, if this issue is limited to usage on the dell PC, have you attempted to contact their support, if Yes what did they inform you?
Please reply with the details for further assistance.
Eager to help!
Feel free to post your query for any other assistance as well,
It's been a pleasure interacting with you and I hope you have a good day ahead.

What is the product number of your product? The Product #B3Q11A Model: MFP M277dw
Have you attempted any steps on your own before posting on the HP Forums? Yes. I have installed and uninstalled the product at least 3 times. I also used the "Add Printer" function in the Device/Printers folder with a ststic IP address set to a Standard TC/IP port.
Which operating system are you using? Windows 7 Professional Service Pack 1- 64 bit
To clarify, do you mean one of the two printers are connected and working (via WiFi or is that wired) while the other doesn't work? Two computers are connected via wireless home network and working with this printer. One of the two computers is a laptop and the other is a desk console. The Dell laptop does connect wirelessly through the home network so far as 1) I can ping the printer IP address and receive contact back to the Dell. 2) I can scan from the printer to the Dell. 3) I can browse the IP address. On the browser page I click NETWORKING then CONFIGURE then WIRELESS Configure. On the Wireless Configure page I can click "Pring Test Page" and the printer WILL PRINT.
Also, if this issue is limited to usage on the dell PC, have you attempted to contact their support, if Yes what did they inform you? I have not attempted to contact Dell.
Our Home Network does not have internet access.
This is a brand new printer which we purchased on January 31, 2017.

Thank you for the details,
I appreciate your time and efforts,
Considering the printer is working fine with the other computers you have, it pretty much confirms that this isn't an issue with the HP Printer,
But the Dell laptop and I would recommend you Contact them for further support.
If the information I've provided was helpful,
Give us some reinforcement by clicking the solution and kudos buttons,
That'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
Good Luck.
