HP Deskjet 3755
Microsoft Windows 8 (64-bit)

Hi there, I need to find my password for an HP Deskjet 3755.  I have tried the suggested means of pressing the wireless and "i" buttons simultaneously and I've also printed a printer and network config information page.

Do you have any advice, please?

Thank you,

Patty Piazza

Hi,

Try using 12345678

If you may try connecting fro a Windows 10 PC, ensure you use a PASS Code and not a WPS PIN, you may see a shortcut to use a passcode instead below the apssword area...

If that doesn't work ensure WiFi Idrect is On, you should see the white light next to it () solid lit.

Next press the Wireless and I buttongs to print a Wireless Configuration Report again, you should loiok for the WiFi Direct password within teh WiFi Direct section.

Regards,

Shlomi
