Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Hello! 

My printer has all of a sudden decided that it won’t let me “scan to email”. I tried “scan doctor” and it said everything was fine. It’s not. 

Then I put the IP of the printer into my address bar, clicked on scan, and in it also says disabled. 🤷🏻‍♂️ I have unloaded and reloaded the drivers to my computer, but I am lost. 

Please help!!
