I'm trying to download drivers and software for my hp Deskjet f380 after upgrading to windows 7. I go to the drivers download section and start the download of the .exe file but it always fails at the last minute.
Any ideas?

Hi,
If it fails at the end I would first recommend to ensure you have sufficient free harddisk space on your PC, else the download may fail.
If the same remains and there is free space available try downloading the software using below link:
ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/djF300/AIO_CDB_NonNet_Full_Win_WW_130_141.exe
If the same results remain try using another web browser and check (e.g. Firefox / Chrome / Internet Explorer)
If there is still no change eitehr contact your internet service provider and check or download the drivers from another place and move it with s USB stick, the HP site seems to work fine and I were able to download the exact same driver with no issues just now.

Shlomi

Thanks forthe reply.
Got 130GB of free space so thats not it.
I downloaded the .exe file on my galaxy tablet then transferred the file to my pc.
When I try to install I get a "fatal error during installation" message
Thanks,
Simon
