My printer can't troubleshoot itself, it works fine on MS Word and other apps, but I can't find it on MS Excel. What should I do?

Greetings @Mk1917

Welcome to HP Forums and Thanks for the post.

I understand that you are unable to print from excel. Not to worry, I will be glad to help.

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps on your own?

Request you follow the procedure mentioned below to change the UAC settings to resolve the issue you are facing.

Open User Account Control Settings by clicking the Start button and then clicking Control Panel. In the search box, type UAC, and then click Change User Account Control settings.

  • To turn off UAC, move the slider to the Never notify position, and then click OK.

Let me know how it goes.
