Laserje CP2025n
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I need to replace the pickup rollers in the printer. I've found countless videos and instructions on how to get into the secret menu to ultimatly choose the "Pickup Rollers" option to lock them in place. The combination is pressing the LEFT arrow and the red Cancel button at the same time which should then show the option of "2ndary Service" Menu.

Am I doing something wrong? Is it because its a CP2025n and not a CP2025?

I figured it out from another website. IDK why but below was what worked.

  1. Press and hold left-arrow (<). The display will continue to cycle through setup menus.
  2. Press Cancel (x) once, then release the left-arrow (<). Now an additional "2ndary Service" menu will appear in the cycle.
  3. With "2ndary Service" showing (use left/right arrows if necessary), press OK.

So instead of pressing and holding them together (Which is what the majority of sites say) you have to hold down LEFT and hit the CANCEL once while letting go of the LEFT.

Was able to get to the 2ndary servce menu.
