Can't install HP Photosmart

I am trying to install drivers for the printer HP Photosmart C4599

My current laptop has no CD drive so I cannot install with the CD provided (I bought this printer over ten years ago)

I tried installing using the USB cable, says driver is unavailable after set up

I tried HP Print and Scan Doctor which recognises the printer but says full software solution not downloaded. When I click Get Installer, I get an error message saying the file or directory is corrupted and unreadable

In addition, one of the print cartridges isnt being recognised (maybe due to the printer being out of use for too long?)

I am able to scan
