Product: HP Pavillion Notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently switched from a Lenovo notebook to an HP notebook.  After completing the setup, I can no longer select the 11x17 paper size from my Epson WF-7610 printer.  In fact, the 11x17 option is not even an option under the "paper size" menu.  Also, the only "paper source" option is "Automatically Select".  There is no option to select Manual Tray.


I tired using the "Print Server Properties" to add the 11x17 form, but the "Save Form" button is completely disabled.

 

Any suggestions on how to make 11x17 size available on my printer?

Epson WF-7610 is NOT an HP product ? Have you installed printer software/drivers to you computer yet ? Please use the following link:
