I am unable to print and receive an error message as follows:
"Device error detected - Make sure that your ink cartridges are correctly installed and that all access doors on the printer are fully closed. Clear any error on printer display, then click retry.”
I've completed these steps, with no success. I've run the HP Print and Scan Doctor and all other checks are good. Any advice?

Hello @DeskJet56 - Hope you are well 🙂
Thanks for reaching out! I would like to be of your assistance 🙂
I understand that you are having issues with your Deskjet printer. Let's start by performing a hard reset on your printer. Follow the steps mentioned below:
· With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer and also unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
· Remove USB cable, if present.
· Wait for 2-3 minutes, press and hold the power button on your printer for about 30 seconds to remove any additional charge.
· Now plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet without any surge protector or an extension cord (This is important) and then plug back the power cord to the printer.
· Turn on the printer and wait till warm-up period finishes and the printer is idle.
If the issue persists, go to http://hp.care/2iycz47 and follow the steps mentioned for the appropriate blinking light combination.
Let me know if that helps!
Good luck & Wish you a very happy new year 🙂
