Hi, please reply, I really need help. I tried printing on long bond papers (8x13") but it gets cut off at the bottom part every time. I've set the printer to borderless, I've set the margins at 0, o even 0.5 but it still doesn't work. And there's no specific size for long bond papers too. I also tried setting the size of paper to legal but it still gets cut off. It's really frustrating. 😞

Did you set the legal size in the Printing Preferences > Paper/Quality > Paper Size?

Do you know how I can print on long bond papers without having the bottom cut off?

HP Recommended

The bottom margin is set to .59 in., is it more than that?
