Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer was working fine unti I tried replacing cartridges. Keep getting error message that printhead is missing or not properly installed. Tried all steps of troubleshooting guide. No Luck.

Did receive confirmation message on my computer that genuine HP cartridges were installed .

HP utility shows all cartridges are full.

I have tried all these steps except for Replacing the Printerhead. It would be easier just buying a new printer that replacing the head.
