Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

Try this:

HP Scan Extended

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/scanners/HPScanExt/HPScanExt.msi

Once it's downloaded and installed, go to Start > All Programs > HP > HP Scan Extended > Run "HP Scan Extended"

More scanning tips.

Let us know if that works.

Hi GreenTurtle!!

I followed your suggestions and installed succesfully HP Extended Scan.

When I try to use it, I get an error message that it can´t find an HP Scanning device.

I know I am missing that driver (I tried to use Windows 7 scan programs, even "Paint") so if I am expecting suggestions.

You may change the Operating System if needed.

Hope that helps!
