HP Recommended

Clearly the HP support team members are inept.

So here's how to do it, expressed in terms spoken by humans:

Choose PRINT

From the pull-down menu: COPIES AND PAGES,
choose:  LAYOUT.

You'll see a new dialog box with Pages per Shee, Border, and Two-Sided Printing.

Click the pull-down menu: TWO-SIDED PRINTING (which will probably show something about long-edge binding),

choose OFF.

HP couldn't have done a better job hiding this step or enabling their tech support to further obfuscate.

But here's the solution.
