I am   unable to view or print pictures from the USB port. Get a message that says the pictures were corrupted even though I can view them on other devices. This function used to work properly. Thanks for any help.

@McTighe

Thanks for taking an interest in the HP Support Forums! After reading your post I see that you are getting pictures are corrupted message when you try to print from USB. I would like to help you out with this issue today.

However, I will need a few details to provide an accurate solution,

  • Please provide the complete printer model number or product number.

Meanwhile:

  • Back up the data present in the USB.
  • Format the USB drive with FAT32 file system.
  • Save the pictures again in the same USB and try to print.
  • Check if that works.

Reply with the result of the above-mentioned steps, for further assistance.

Cheers.
