- Cancelled account still charged but can't print

I am in Germany and had enrolled in instant ink. I cancelled my account because I was going to be out of the country for an extended period, but that fell through. I am still getting charged for the account but my printer still operates under the cancelled state--it doesn't print. How do I either get my money back or the printer to work? German HP contact number not working

Please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
