My 6830 Printer has been working well over a wireless network. HP Support Assistant shows an available update. Atter installing the update, I get a dialog telling me that the software cannot communicate with the printer. When I go to the Windows settings, I see that the printer has been removed. I am able to reconnect the printer. Support Assistant stil tells me that I need the update. What's going on?
