HP Recommended
Product: Colour Laserjet Pro M452NW
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Brand new M452NW cannot connect to BT Hub wi-fi. Can connect wired, or through USB to laptop but not wi-fi. Have tried with CD and downloaded software, the pushbutton option on printer fails to connect, and the install software option fails with a "timeout" error. I have a M451NW next to this printer which works fine.

Have used uninstall option on CD, no difference, have reset printer, no difference.
