I have tried all the methods in the manual, and all browsers - Safari, Chrome & Firefox - but cannot connect to EWS

I have connected both the printer and my computer to the wireless network.  I have an address for the printer, confirmed on the printer itself and the HP utility - 10.143.119.51 - and have tried connecting using both http and https URLs with that address.

I cannot see anything relating to scan in the HP utility software

By the way, I am trying to setup Scan to Email.    The HP scan software works fine as far as being able to do a basic document scan.

Related thing to note - the printer is connected to the wireless network, as evidenced by ip address, however, the printer can't be seen by a Mac connected to the same wireless network.  I.e., I can't print from Word or Scan from printer using Image Capture software, as neither programs "see" the printer/scanner on the wireless network

The wireless connection to the internet is working from the computer

The wireless "Network WiFi On" on printer, and Running Wireless Test is successful
