Product: DeskJet 3630
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer was turned off whilst a print was running.  I have tried to delete the item which is still in the print cue and it says 'Deleting - Printing'.  However it does not delete the time from the print cue.  Further printing is not possible.  I need to find a way to remove the tiem from the print cue.
