Product: HP Photosmart C3180

Hi, I'm trying to install my HP Photosmart C3180 printer on a device. I cannot find the driver anywhere and HP Smart is not even available for download for me. I've looked everywhere on this forum for links and guidance,  and nothing has worked. Downloading the universal driver also does not work for me.

 

I need to print some time sensitive documents and I just cannot get this printer set up. In the past, it was easily plug in the usb and follow the directions that pop up, but no driver is detected on the Windows 10 device I'm using. The printer doesn't even show up as an option on the 123.hp.com site and speaking to a virtual agent didn't help at all.

 

Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.

* Click on YES button  to say thanks,
