  • Hi. I have been trying to connect my wireless HP office jet 4650 to work from my kindle fire 10.  I downloaded the Eprint app but when I go to print a document it doesn't connect.  I am thinking I may have the printer settings wrong.  Can you help me?  Thank you

This is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that you are unable to print from your kindle using ePrint app on HP Officejet 4550 printer. I would like to help you resolve this issue.

  • Restart the printer and the computer.
  • Confirm the printer connection and network name.
  • Manually connect the printer to the network.
  • Restart the router.
  • Check the router band setting.
  • Check your firewall software.
  • Set the IP address on the printer.

Click here and follow the steps mentioned under What if I cannot print to my printer from the HP ePrint app in Frequently asked questions.

Let me know how it goes.

I hope it helps and if you feel I have answered your question and concerns,

Please mark this post as a solution accepted and Kudos would also be appreciated.

Cheers.
