Hi. I bought this printer a few months ago and so far all is good. I have been through one major update routine which seemed go ok but I have a persistant message that says I have an update to install. Says it is an important update but when I try to install it I just get an error message. File details as below.
Hewlett-Packard - USB - 2/10/2017 12:00:00 AM - 40.11.1108.1741
Download size: 31.3 MB
Any help or advice welcome
Thanks

Hi David,
I tried the link you sent and the advice seems to be that some updates will not work if the PC is more than a few years old which mine is. Didn't seem worth to send all the system information therefore.
The advice is to remove the update from HPSA but I'm not sure how to do this. The error message doesn't appear in HPSA (I t hink) but in 'control panel / system and security / windows update as shown below. If I am simply going to get this message anytime the system does an update can I do anything about this?
Thanks
