I have purchased a carepack for HP Access Control and I cannot find any way to get the carepack linked to my account in order to raise support cases.
The carepack registered OK and I have a serial number and certificate for it. When I try to link it to my account, I get a "entitlement is not avaialable" error.
Could anyone advise on who to contact or how to resolve this? My emails to various support teams have got me nowhere so far.

Next, to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it and reply to the message

I've replied to your PM - thanks for your offer of help.
For anyone else with this issue, I managed to get this sorted by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org. They eventually sent me a welcome pack for the care pack which contained the SAID number. This number can then be used to register support cases.
