Product: 5510
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After a long absence I returned to theis printer. Although I added new cartridges, cleaned them aligned them, etc, I can only print in color. Even the test prints will not print black. Whatelse can I try?

The troubleshooting steps in the document here may help resolve black not printing on the Photosmart 5510 printer.  If the steps there do not resolve the issue then manually cleaning the printhead as shown in the post here may help.
