Hi @beafergro
Welcome to the HP Forums!
It is a great way to engage, post questions and find resolutions by working with specialists in the HP community.
I reviewed your post and I understand that you are unable to print paper size 6.5x3.7.
I’d love to help!
Please refer to the below link and under paper handling specification section check the supported paper sizes for your printer. I see that 6.5x3.7 size is not supported.
However, I recommend you to create a custom paper size and check if it helps. Refer to the below document on how to create a custom paper size.
Hope that answers your question and you have a good day ahead.
Take care!
Cheers!

Thank you for your prompt response. I did every step to include my new form "cheque" on Print Server Properties.
Now the new form is listed here, but when I open my document and try to print, this new form "cheque" does not appear. I opened the Printer Properties from the printing window, went to advanced settings on the paper/quality tag, but my form is not here either. I tried to restart my computer and tried again, but I cannot find it.
I have a seven day guaranty, which expires tomorrow. If I cannot make it, I am going to return this printer, Deskjet GT 5820, because printing cheques and other small forms is a priority for my work.
I hope hoy can help me.

Hi @beafergro
I would like to know which software you are using to print cheques? I suggest you check the software whether you have any option to paper the paper size.
Looking forward to your reply.
Take care.
