The customer support contact page is really not customer friendly designed (or by a methodology not the get in touch with customer anymore after they bought a product).

 

Entering my user credentials and problem description an OPTION button got active. By using it I'm redirected another page to start over from beginning - nice 😞

I cycled around 3-4 times, then I gave up. I feel shattered.

 

Next time I'll use another printer type, probably from Samsung.

 

Actually the PDF option to print documents I could reactivate or was available, but hidden/unknown to me. A PDF seems not be equal to PDF – some can be printed and some not. A test series (small PDF files 6 description) is downloadable here:
