When ever I try to print something from the internet ( An email I received, Stamps from stamps.com, an article from a website) the paper will feed through however nothing will be printed.  Paper comes out blank and the printer doesnt even attempt to print.  You can hear the difference from when the inkjet is actually pushing ink and when the paper is just cycling through.  I have tried google chrome, Internet Explorer, and Moxilla Firefox.  If I have a word document I want to print there is no problem.  It's only when printing from a web page.

Hi @MorganLeighton

Welcome to the HP Forums!

I appreciate you taking the time to share your concern and thank you for using this forum, it is a great place to find answers.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are having issues printing from websites and from your email.

I’d love to help!

As you have mentioned that you have already tried different browsers and you are unable to print from any browser. I recommend you to uninstall the printer software completely and restart your computer. Then download and install the software again and check if it helps.

Refer to the below document to uninstall the printer.

Be sure you have "Wireless Direct" turned OFF in the printer.

If your PC is connecting wirelessly to the printer with this option, you will lose your internet connection on the printer.  Wireless Direct is a direct connection to the PC, and not to your router/wifi network.

Wireless Direct was ON so I turned it off, Unfortunately it still did not print, the paper fed through, but nothing was printed on it. Thank you for the suggestion.
