Printer will not let me scan to e-mail address says it cannot connect to browser even though it says its connected to WIFI

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

 

It would help if you provide the printer model and Operating system.

 

Scan to email needs to be setup first before you can use the feature and some printers do not support that.

 

So some info requested above would help us to troubleshoot.
