Hi,

I cannot tick "two-sided" when printing document. I saw in previous posts when we need to install the "software and driver" first, but I don't know how to do that.

Thanks for your help!

Best,

Jonathan

Greetings @JonathanRioux

Welcome to HP Forums and Thanks for the post.

I understand that you are unable to select the option to select two-sided printing.

Not to worry, I will be glad to help.

Are you facing any print quality issues?

Have you checked the paper-handling specifications of your printer?

Recommend you review the printer specifications of your printer. Click here

Go through "Printing specifications" section in the printer specifications, you printer supports manual duplexing and not automatic duplexing.

Some of the options will only be available with the full feature of the printer software.

For your printer, the full feature software is available only till MAC OS X 10.7. Click here

Please refer to this HP Article for assistance in printing on both sides of the paper.

Let me know if this helped.
