Hello!

 

I am trying to get my photosmart c5180 to work. After updating my PC, the PC has seemingly lost the right drivers for my printer and it has stopped working. I have tried to find the drivers to no avail. I have used "HP print and scan Doctor", but the program just links me back to the page where I downloaded the "HP print and scan Doctor". I have tried using the contact form on the HP website, but it doesn't accept the serial code (which is [Personal Information Removed]). To my knowledge I have tried all the options listed on the page https://support.hp.com/nl-nl/document/ish_2887703-2608176-16 none of which worked unfortunately. Could anyone help me further?
