HP Officejet Pro X476dw MFP

Hello all!

I am afraid we've had a problem in the office...hope someone could help!

We have a cartridge jam problem as shown in the image. We cannot pull out any of the cartridges and the blue cartridge has been raised.

I can push and release (but cannot take it out) all the other cartridges except for the blue/cyan one.

Anyone got any advice on what we could do please? It is causing some havoc in the office...

Hope someone can give some good advice! Thank you.

Jessica

It seems you have the printbar in the raised position which is good. It means that the cartridges are accessable from the ink cartridge door. At this point, normally you should be able to remove all the cartridges. I dont know why you can release the other 3 and not the cyan but here's some advice. Unplug the unit. This way you are not fighting to raise the printbar against any motor engaging the other way. With no power to the unit, you should be able to raise the printar all the way to the top by using a flat screwdriver above the cartridges as a lever. Once the cyan's bottom lip clears the opening you should be able to pull it out.
