I appreciate your time and efforts,
I understand this could be an issue with the printer hardware. I would personally suggest you contact our HP phone support for available service options. Please use the following link to create yourself a case number, then call and it may help speed up the call process:
Step 1. Open link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
Step 2. Enter Product number or select to auto detect
Step 3. Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"
Step 4. Scroll down and click: HP contact options - click on Get phone numberCase number and phone number appear.
They will be happy to assist you immediately.
Keep me posted for any other assistance,

Thanks for stopping by the HP community. A very good day to you. I reviewed the post regarding cartridges not moving. I will be delighted to assist you here.
Superb description and stupendous diagnosis of the issue before posting. Kudos to you for that. You are a valued HP customer and it is paramount to assist you with it. I take it as a privilege to share this platform with you.
First off, to assist you better, I would require more information regarding this.
- Did you bypass power strips and connect the computer directly to the wall outlet?
- Did you do a hard reset on the computer?
It looks like a hardware issue with the printer. Please perform these steps to try and correct the issue.
- Please connect the computer directly to the wall outlet, bypassing power strips.
- Then perform a hard reset. Follow the steps mentioned in step 1 from this link
- Then remove the cartridges one at a time and reinstall them and check if the printer works.
If it still does not work, please contact HP phone support by following these steps.
Step 1. Open link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
Step 2. Enter Product number or select to auto detect
Step 3. Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"
Step 4. Scroll down and click: HP contact options - click on Get phone number, Case number and phone number appear.
They will be happy to assist you immediately. If the unit is under warranty repair services is taken care of by the manufacturer’s warranty.

But after that idk what happend to the black piece it just stayed down all the time and it succeeded putting the cartridge there but the printer didn't print correctly ,and I'm surprised because all these problems and i just bought it new (19th april ) 4 days ago.
