Officejet 7500 wide format
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The printer presented the error message "Cartridge Problem - The following cartridges appear to be missing or damaged". I replaced the cartridge with a new cartridge and the message did not change. I then turned off the printer and let it sit for a while and then restarted the printer and the same message is present. Is there anything I can try to correct the situation.

Thanks for your help,

Wayne243
