I have followed the quick start guide for setting up the new printer. I have not got passed installing the new cartridges that came withthe printer. When I load the cartridges I get a message on the printer screen " Cartridge Problem - One or more cartridges are missing or damage." I cant get further than this. I have tried relaoding the cartridges. I am plug in directly to the wall socket. i have unpluged the power cable and retried. I am at a loss. I have looked through the forums, sopport pages, etc. Nothing addresses this problem. Please help.

I just spent an hour on the phone with HP support. After a long trail and error searching for a resolution, they decided to exchange the printer cartridge carrier. They decided it was defective. I arrives in a week. I will update if this fixed the issues.

FYI there is a hidden support menu on the screen. Press the back arrow 4 times and it appears. (you can do this even if itis not lite.)

Greetings @RADDAD,

Thanks for the post.

I understand that are getting a cartridge missing error and have contacted our phone support.

They have tried to troubleshoot the issue and are sending you replacement printhead.

I am sure that would resolve the issue you are facing and do reply if you need any further assistance.

Keep me posted.
