My ink levels are OK except for Y which is low but not empty. Has now stopped printing as Errror message coming up for all 3 colour cartidges stating Damaged!!!
Any suggestions on this one please

I could noot resolve the issue by looking at the HP site and I needed the print facility pretty quick as I do work for a charity. I had extended insurace via Curry's (cost £15 for 2 yrs after Manufacturers Warranty), Only had 6 months to run.
I called their help line and they thought it was a carriage problem re the ink cartridges. Offered a free replacement straight away. So now have a new 6960 which had a £10 price differential. 6600 no longer stocked.
So within 1 hr I had the new printer home and installed.
