My printed pages are looking like the ink is very low. But the app is saying they are full so I won't get new cartridges.
This means I cannot use my printer at all unless I buy more cartridges myself. I do not feel like I should have to since I have the ink subscription.
What do I do?

This worked, thank you!
I went onto Virtual Agent and typed 'Where is my ink?'
After a couple of questions it allowed me to request a shipment of ink.
Hopefully switching the cartridges will do the trick, as nothing else has worked.

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges. Go to the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower center of the opening screen.

Did the replacement cartridges arrive? Was your issue resolved?
If not, please provide some additional information - What printer model? What operating system? Are there any error messages on the printer or computer screen?
