Why does HP set the default scan location to "Pictures". I never want to save a scan to pictures ....I scan documents only want to save to Documents without me having to always change (and think about changing ) it>.
Any suggestions? Thanks

For better clarity and to assist you better, I would require more information regarding this.

Click Print & Fax or Print & Scan.
-
Click the name of your printer, and then click Open Print Queue.
-
Click Printer Setup or Settings, click Utility, and then click Open Printer Utility.
-
Under Scan Settings, click Scan to Computer.
-
Select the Scan Tasks tab, select the task you want to modify, and then click Edit.

In the Move Finder Items section, select the required target folder, and then click OK.
