I got a new WI FI Gateway. How do I change the printer's SSID? (using the WPS on the gateway does not seem to work)

Hi,

From the printer screen press the Setup button, select Tools and press OK, then select Restore Factory Defaults and press OK to confirm.

Next click the Wireless button on the printer and select Restore Defauls, then confirm by pressing OK.

Turn the printer off and then on, you should now see the Wireless light blinks.
If not, press the Wireless button and ensure that Wireless / Wireless Radio is set as On.

From your PC, right click the start button and select Control Panel, then select Devices and Printers.

Right click any listed HP Officejet 4620 printer and select Remove Device.

From the Start menu select All App > HP > HP Officejet 4620 and press the HP Officejet 4620 icon.

Select Conenct a new printer and follow the steps by selecting a wireless connection, the software will reconfigure the printer for your new network

Note: depanding on your computer capabilities, the software may require a temporary connection of a USB cable to transfer the setting to the printer.

Regards,

Shlomi
