Hi @Franzali,
Thanks for reaching out to the HP Support Forums for a solution to your printer issue.
I understand that you are using an HP LaserJet Pro 200 color MFP M276 you need to change the administrator username and password because you are unable to scan to your email because they are incorrect. I would like to help with that.
The administrator user name and password can be changed trough the printer's Embedded Web Server (EWS).
1. Enter you printer's IP address into the address bar on a web browser. You should be taken to the printer's EWS.
2. Click the System tab.
3. Click Administration from the column on the left.
If you are unable to change the password you may need to perform a reset on the printer.
I am going to send you a Private Message with the details. If you are unsure how to check your PMs this post by @SiobhanF can help - How to check your messages.
Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance.
