Product: Deskjet 940C
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The printer heads on my trusty old 940C are clogged. I have downloaded the Print & scan Doctor. When I go to Printer Services none of the functions, including Clean Print Heads works.

Help and advice appreciated

Thanks, the issue is with the colour cartridge and I did repalce it, still with no improvement
