Product: HP CM1415FNW MFP
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Cm1415fnw fax and Scanner not working since June 2021.  It worked before June 2021.  I ran the Diagnostic doctor.  It says that a new download is available.  Yes, there is dated Mar 8, 2021.  I ran the installer.  It failed to install and suggested that I look at my product,  A Surface Pro 10 and HP CM1415FNW network connected.  When I tried to look up product support information, HP redirected me to an HP advertising page.
