I would request you to please perform the following steps to try and resolve the issue.

Cold reset using the Preboot menu

1. Turn the product on.

2. Press the button repeatedly while the product is starting up to make you sure you gain access to the Preboot menu.

3. Use the down arrow button to highlight the 3 Administrator item, and then press the OK button.

4. Use the down arrow button to highlight the 8 Startup Options item, and then press the OK button.

5. Use the down arrow button to highlight the 2 Cold Reset item, and then press the OK button.

6. Select the 1 Continue item, and then press the OK button.

Please perform the below steps to perform the cold reset. For CP6015 printer.

 1. Turn off the printer. Wait for a minute.

2. Turn on the printer.

3. When the memory count begins on the printer, immediately press and hold down the Checkmark button firmly.

4. Continue to hold the Checkmark button until the memory count ends and all three control panel lights illuminate and remain steady. Now, release the Checkmark button.

5. Use the up arrow or down arrow keys to scroll to the COLD RESET option.

Note Other functions are available in this menu, but are not applicable.

6. When the COLD RESET option appears, press the checkmark button once.

Which button exactly is "the button?"

The answer is the "x" button, just FYI.
