I use to go about 6 weeks without needing to change color ink cartridges. Also Black Ink cartridges would deplete after 2 changes of color ink cartridges. In the last month that has changed. The latest cyan cartridge lasted not even a week! Meanwhile; I changed the Black Cartridge even if it said it was 1/2 full! The new black cartridge has not even buldge.

I am wondering if there is something wrong with Black Part of the Ink Carridge.

Is there anyway to check this? I really need my printer to not be doing this. We have been using Genuine HP Ink Cartridges Completely.

Thanks In Advance for any help.

PS: This printer we have had for a few years now.
