Color LaserJet Pro MFP M476dw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My M476dw LaserJet recently stopped working - the touchscreen control panel is blank and unresponsive and there are 3 indicators lit - flashing yellow Attention light, flashing green Ready light and a solid question mark/help light.  Upon power cycling, I see the HP logo initially for a while before the screen goes blank again.  I tried both NVRAM initialization procedures (partial and full)  and neither appears to complete - it just hangs on a blue screen saying "Initializing permanent storage".

I had been using the printer over the wireless connection previously, but it seems neither the wireless, network port or USB port are working now as the printer is no longer recognized in Windows.  The network port shows flashing green and yellow lights with an ethernet cable connected, but I do not see the printer getting assigned an IP address in my router.

I thought maybe a firmware update would help if that somehow got corrupted, but do not see a way to update it without the control panel or a working USB/network connection from Windows.  Any help would be appreciated as the printer is only a year and a half old and was working great up until this point.

**bleep** dude. Two years now with no answer. I feel for you because I'm having the same problem right now with a similar model. M375

I replaced the formatter and that's what brought me to this point.
