Dear sir / madam,

 

We are having issues with some HP cartridges.

They are all having colour issues.

 

(I have a scanned copy of a page showing the problem if you would like to see it).

 

How can we get these cartridges replaced?

If you wish to buy replacement cartridges, you may contact the HP Store, you can reach them at 888-999-4747 opt 1 and opt 2
