Product: MFP M277dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I get a supply communication error from the cyan cartridge.  I have reseated the cartridge and recycled the printer and I still get the same message.  I replaced the cartridge with a brand new unused cartridge, recycled the printer and I still get the same message.  Now what?

Are the toner cartridges hp oem or aftermarket. If hp oem then I would think you have an issue with the chip reader and the printer will need service. If aftermarket I would think they have issues with their chips.
