I got an email saying in canceled for using the wrong cartrage. I have only used what HP sent to me. In fact I was using the last of the 2 that have been in my printer for months. They sent me a different # about a month ago but didnt put them in till today. And that is after I called HP to make sure they were the right ones. Then I get this email and they took all of the pages I had left that were already paid for. So I am confused and feel I've been stolen from. I hunted all over HP instant ink page for an email address and didnt find any so used this as a last step communication.
